Air Force Civil Engineer Center Installations Directorate (AFCEC/CI) is proud to partner with IMAQ Resources, LLC (IMAQ) of the KOMAN Family of Companies owned by Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK) in hosting the 2024 DoD Utilities Privatization (UP) Post Award Workshop.  The 2024 Utilities Privatization Post Award Workshop will be led by Gerald T. Boetsch Jr., PE, AFCEC/CIUU, Chief of the Utilities Privatization Branch of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center located at JBSA Lackland in San Antonio,  Texas. Supporting Mr. Boetsch staff is a team of IMAQ Utility Privatization experts bringing operational support to the programs in the UP portfolio.
