- 13-Feb and 14-Feb, Post Award Workshop Check-In: 0700 – 1100 (pay the Cashier located at the Registration table, Magnolia Ballroom).
- 14-Feb only, 1230 – 1400 at Shades of Green, Garden Gallery Restaurant, 1st Floor (skip the long line with option 1 or 2).

- Taxis to/from the Orlando International Airport are approximately $80.00 to Shades of Green.
- Ubers booked through the Uber app are approximately $50.00 to Shades of Green.
- Mears Connect is bookable in advance (at least two weeks prior) and is approximately $16.00 to Shades of Green.

Shades of Green and Wyndham last date to receive per diem rates is to book NLT 8 January 2024.
Shades of Green and Wyndham have shuttles to shopping and local dining. The Wyndham is also within walking distance of shopping and local dining.
